Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs Presents “Investor Night” to help innovative startups put their business ideas into play with investments of up to $250,000.
Dovid is a very creative and passionate young man with an innovative idea for a tech company. He has a supportive partner, a talented team, and a dream. All he’s missing is the money needed to turn his concept into a reality.
Like in Dovid’s case, the number one reason small businesses fail is due to a lack of funds. Now, for the first time ever, Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs presents “Investor Night” – an event which will take place in Crown Heights with the goal of providing a unique opportunity for talented and innovative people like Dovid to access guidance, mentoring, advice and resources to help them fund their business ideas.
The unprecedented event, a project of Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs (CHYE), founded by Rabbi Yehoshua Werde, will provide the community with a previously unmet need. Rabbi Werde describes the purpose of the event as an effort “to provide everyone with an opportunity to get their ideas out there and to provide both amateur and seasoned businesspeople with information and resources about funding and launching their startup ideas.”
“This event is unique for Crown Heights, and we are really excited about the response,” says Rabbi
